CoreSqueeze is a pelvic floor exercise application designed to help users strengthen their pelvic floor muscles through guided workouts. The app provides exercise routines, progress tracking, and educational content.
CoreSqueeze is intended for general fitness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise programme, especially if you have existing health conditions, are pregnant, or have recently given birth.
If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms while using the app, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Premium features are available through subscription:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the app store policies.

All content, features, and functionality of CoreSqueeze, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of CoreSqueeze and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreSqueeze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
CoreSqueeze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
